Our History

Drs. Gadaire and Tromblay had close family ties before their business partnership in Georgetown. Dr. Gadaire was a boarding school roommate of Dr. Tromblay’s father at Williston Northampton Academy in Massachusetts. They were close friends for many years to follow. Dr. Gadaire reached out to Dr. Tromblay to introduce him to the field of dentistry while Dr. Tromblay was at Middlebury College preparing to enter medical school. Dr. Tromblay was so inspired by Dr. Gadaire’s professionalism, creativity, precision and mastery within his field, that he chose to defer his acceptance to medical school and enter the field of dentistry. Dr. Gadaire and Tromblay began their partnership in 2003. Dr. Tromblay described Dr. Gadaire as a best friend, mentor, colleague, father figure and unique visionary. He will be missed in profound ways, but remembered for sharing a wonderful gift with Dr. Tromblay and his staff members… his honorable legacy.
