Payment is required at the time of service. We accept cash, personal checks and all of the following credit cards: VISA, MasterCard and Discover.

Our practice is fee-for-service and is not a member of an organized insurance plan. However, as a courtesy we will provide you with the necessary documents to file your own claim.
